- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole source modification for technical engineering and integration support services to ARINC Engineering Services, Annapolis, MD under Contract N65236-97-D-3807. This notice of intent is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the current contractor is the only known source with the expertise to satisfy the agency's needs during this period. The proposed ceiling increase is $879,992.00 and the period of performance extension through 30 November 2002 will allow sufficient time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 541330 and the size standard is $23 Million. NOTE 22 applies.
