- This is a requirement for Mess Attendant services for the galley at Boca Chica Bldg. A-515 Naval Air Station Key West, FL. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS Code is 722310. Period of performance is 1 January 2003 through 31 December 2003 with three (3) one-year option periods. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offeror in accordance with the best value criteria stated in the solicitation. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. The Government anticipates issuing the Solicitation Package on or about 12 August 2002. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the solicitation, amendments, and any other documentation from the Federal Business opportunities Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.eps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
