- NA NAVSEA Indian Head, Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. is intending to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the testing of 2.75? rockets with three (3) warheads (smoke, practice round and flare) in accordance with NAVSEAINST 8020.8B. Must be able to supply DOT certification number by 30 October 2002. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 541380. The FSC code is H999. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.neco.navy.mil. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Al l prospective offers must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Clause 5.207(d)(2)(xv), all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Electronic submissions through NECO will not be accepted.
