- NA The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions posed by a potential offeror; add Buy American Act Clauses; and extend the closing date: Question 1. Do you prefer a solid state PA or TWT? Answer: Either one. Question 2. Do you have any additional s pecification requirement other than a RF PA, 1-2Ghz, 60 db gain, 2000W(CW), IEEE, 220V AC input? Answer: These are all the specifications. Question 3. Can you provide price history or budgets? Answer: None available. The following clauses are now inclu ded: FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Act - Balance of Payments Program - Supplies; FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate; and FAR 52.225-3 Buy American Act-North American Free Trade Agreement-Israeli Trade Act-Balance of Payments Program.
