- NA The FGGM Directorate of Contracting office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with A.C. Schultes of Maryland for the repair Well#6 at Fort Meade, Maryland. To the best of our knowledge, A.C. Schultes of Maryland is the only comp any to repair wells in this area. this notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within three days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer via fax to (301) 677-5123. Responses received will be evaluated ; however, a determination by the Government not to complete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the FGGM DOC will proceed with the sole source negot iation with A.C. Schultes of Maryland.
