Description

NA The US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX has a requirement for preventive maintenance on ADAC/Philips Nuclear Medical Equipment which consists of the following parts: Vertex Gama Camera System (Serial # UNK, MM CN H5161), Dual Head Genesys Gama Camera System (Serial # UNK, MMCN F6332), Forte, Dual Head System (Serial # 0003102, MMCN: I1451), Pegasys/Atlas 9906672, and Gamma Camera Skylight System (Pegasys/Atlas) manufactured by Philips Medical Systems. The servi ce coverage shall include travel, labor, supplies, tools, diagnostic equipment, software, materials (excluding user consumable supplies) manufacturer?s authorized field modifications (FMIs) and individual tool and test equipment, required to service and ma intain the system at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, TX. Period of Performance is 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 and a four (4) one-year options. This requirement will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures. This procurement is unrestricted fo r full and open competition and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
