- NA The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is soliciting for a contractor that shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to replace the turbine oil at Bonneville Lock and Dam 2nd Powerhouse, located 40 miles east of Vancouver, Washington on S tate Highway 14. Period of performance will be base plus three option years. The work shall include removal and recycling of the existing turbine oil and supplying new Mobil TDE Heavy ISO 100 Group I turbine oil (no substitutions). The contractor shall be regularly engaged in the distribution of petroleum-base lubricating oil stocks inhibited with additive agents to meet the requirements of these specifications. Additives shall not contain more than 150 parts per million (ppm) zinc materials. The Contr actor shall show proof of satisfactory performance records on similar jobs, either governmental or commercial. The bidder shall submit a list of at least three (3) examples of current and prior work of a similar nature, which they have performed during th e last three (3) years. This procurement is unrestricted. Firms are requested to register for a copy of the solicitation on the Portland District website at https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/ct.
