Description
NA This procurement is for the solicitation of a Two-Phase firm fixed price contract for F-22 Base Ops Apron, Langley Air Force Base, VIRGINIA. The contract will provide for the demolition and construction of an airfield pavement at Langley AFB, Va. The co ntractor shall provide all labor, supervision, construction engineering and management, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the specifications. Requirements for the technical Source Selection f actors are as follows: PHASE ONE (1) Offeror Past Performance (2) Small Business Subcontracting Effort. PHASE TWO CRITERIA is (1) Price Proposals. Up to five proposers will be selected in PHASE ONE, only these successful proposers will take part in P HASE TWO of the evaluation process. Offerors will be evaluated on both technical and price. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposal prior to award; to negotiate with any or all proposers; to award the contract to other than the lo west total price and to award to the proposer submitting the proposal determined by the Government to be the most advantageous to the Government. PROPOSERS ARE ADVISED ANY AWARD MAY BE MADE IN STEP TWO WITHOUT DISCUSSION OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROP OSAL RECEIVED. The receipt date for PHASE ONE is OCTOBER 31, 2002. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 234990 applies to this procurement. Duration of contract shall be 270 calendar days. PHASE ONE criteria and submission requirements will be available on/about OCTOBER 1, 2002 via http://www.nao.usace.army.mil/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. No hard copies will be available. Prospective contractor s must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr20 0.com.
