- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-Q-0028 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisitions Circular 01-09. The combined synopsis/s olicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 421620. CLIN 0001: General Dynamics P/N 01-P25807M001 UIB-100 28VDC Input, Qty 1 EA. CLIN 0002: General Dynamics P/N 01-P35865M001 URM-100 Rack Mount, Qty 1 EA. CLIN 0003: G eneral Dynamics P/N 01-P34364E001 UPA-50, Power Amplifier, Cable & Mounting Kit, Qty 1 EA. CLIN 0004: General Dynamics P/N 01-P35863M001 UAC-300 AC Power Supply, Qty 1 EA. CLIN 0005: 85-P35990M001 UVU-200 Antenna, Qty 1 EA. To be delivered to Lincoln, Nebraska 68524. Delivery to be made 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Any and all shipping costs to be included in cost of itmes and not as a separate cost. Any shipping costs listed separately will make vendor quote to be considered non-responsive. We are the Federal Government therefore we are exempt from any taxes. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items; 52.212 -2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offerors Certifications and Representations-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions - Commerical Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions needed to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders - Comm mercial Items; and 52.247-34, FOB:Destination. The following information is mandatory for each vendor quote. Solicitation Number (DAHA25-02-Q-0028), Contractor name and address, ccontractor phone & fax number, contractor's Point of Contact, Contractor Du ns and Bradstreet Number, and the completed FAR 52.212-3 (completed by the vendor). If any of this information is not included in the quote, that vendor's quote will be considered non-responsive. All quotes need to be faxed to the attention of Randy Hans en at 402-309-7549 no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, Monday, September 23, 2002. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in the CCR database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of Tuesday, September 24, 2002. If not registered or active by 7:30a. m. CDT, Tuesday, September 24, 2002, vendor quote will be considered non-responsive. Notification of award can be found that day or the next at www.eps.gpv.
