- Description
- NA The New Hampshire Air National Guard wishes to contract for lease on (2) bucket loaders, Case Model 821B or John Deere Model 644G or equal. Bucket size will be equipped with a JRB coupler compatible to fit the coupler end that NH Air National Guard has on their snow pushers. The two loaders will be delivered 17 November 2002 and will be picked up no earlier than 15 March 2003 for a total of approximately 17 weeks. Delivery is the responsibility of the rental agency and is included in the proposal. Upon delivery, the loaders shall be ready to adapt the snow pushers and begin operation on the New Hampshire Air National Guard apron. The rental agency will provide a 24 hour emergency service with no longer than four hours for a service response time and rep aired within 24 hours. The agency will include all necessary emergency contact information at the time of selection. This is an unrestricted procurement using Small Acquisition Procedures. The small business size standard is $5 million. The solicitatio n package will be available on September 20th, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
