- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F49642-02-T-0265. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. The actual solicitation document should be posted on EPS not later than 19 Sept 02. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811212 (formerly SIC code 7378). LINE ITEMS: 0001: ON-SITE ON-CALL ADPE MAINTENANCE, QTY: 12 MONTHS, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 OCT 02 through 30 SEPT 03. DESCRIPTION: FFP- Service, Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, material and transportation IAW Statement of Work to Maintenance equipment listed in attachment 1. Provide on-site, on-call ADPE Maintenance per attached statement of work. Only faxed or emailed quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification- Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNNS number, and telephone number with its offer. To be eligible for an award, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at www.ccr2000.com. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained via the web at http://www.eps.gov.
