- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (The award will be less than $100,000) will be followed. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3829. Small business size standard is 500. NAICS is 334519. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is seeking sources for the anticipated purchase of the following items. Four (4) -20 to +120 deg F, 7 day 4" temperature chart reports with digital display, Four (4) 4" chart, -20 to +120 deg F, 7 day charts for SL4120F7, Four (4) Carrying cases, 5", nylon material with loops and hoops to hold charts, Four (4) Temperature, pressure, universal, input, event replacement pens, -6 Red color, Five (5) Remote sensing temperature, humidity, and dew point recorder, -8" chart, Five (5) 8" charts, -20 to +120 deg, 7 day (0 to 100 RH) charts for THDX, Five (5) 10' (3.05 m) Probe extension cables for THDX Probe, Five (5) Replacement pens -3 Red, 3 Blue (Temperature and Humidity) for THDX, Six (6) Flat panel LCD Recorder with Internal Temperature and Humidity Sensors, Three (3) NIST Traceable Calibration 3-pt, Two (2) 4" Digital Moisture Meter, Two (2) Extension probe: 3.25" pins on a 4"extension cable for EIFS Inspection for model D190, Two (2) Non- contact infrared indicator with 8 pt. laser sighting -50:1 field of view, One (1) Non- contact infrared indicator with data logging and 16 pt. laser sighting -60:1, One (1) Vantage Pro Wireless Weather Station (Required features include: data logging and precise 16-point coaxial laser sighting, Fahrenheit/Celsius Switchable, Quick Response Time (250 mSec, 95% response) and Adjustable Emissivity, Large Digital Display Featuring a Bar Graph of the Last 10 Temperature Points Measured, One (1) Moisture sensor for D462: Specifications: Display: LCD 3 1/2" X 6", Power: AC- Power Adapter/3 C Batteries, Wireless Range: Up to 400? line of site, Typical 100? to 200?, Includes: Console/Receiver, integrated sensor suite with transmitter, solar panel, 40? anemometer cable, mounting hardware, AC Adapter and instructions, One (1) Temperature sensor for D462 and One (1) Wireless temperature humidity station for D460.
