- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 intends to enter a rental agreement for a C02 Heart Laser System based on a cost per procedure/kit basis with Edwards Lifesciences of Irvine, CA beginning in late September. This is believed to be a sole source procurement. We have, however, attached an RFQ for interested vendors to download. If a vendor has a C02 Heart Laser System, and wishes to submit a quote/technical data, it is due to the contracting officer no later than 4:00 PM Local on 9/20/02.
