Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture will be negotiating a commercial items contract for 2000 remanufactured usage kits for the IBM-4317 laser printer. Companies within the competitive range will be required to submit sample usage kits for evaluation. Award will be based on the best value to the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 16, 2002. Solicitations will be due by close of business September 30, 2002.
