- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-01-059-6871, ARG02190041800, Key, Rod End, Locking. In accordance with Parker Hannifin Corp. (Cage: 93835) P/N 3833124-1 no other Source is listed . Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 30 September 2002 and the solicitation closing date is 30 October 2002. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 003 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 750 each for the base year and 750 each for all option years. DSCR intends to award as a indefinite quantity contract to Parker Hannifin Corp. Any Contractors desiring to may submit a Technical Data Package however, based on the time of submission and approval time, you may be approved for future purchases and not this buy. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
