- Description
- This is a modification to the sources sought synopses entitled Research and Development (Engineering) Services, Reference Number RFP2-38178, which were posted on March 13, 2002 and July 22, 2002. You are notified that the following changes are made: As a result of market survey activities, NASA has made a decision regarding this requirement. NASA=92s review included an analysis of the submissions provided in response to Ames Research Center's sources sought synopses. Based on our review, NASA has determined not to open this requirement for competition, but to set the requirement aside for a sole source Section 8(a) award in accordance with FAR 19.805 (b)(2). NASA has elected to offer this procurement to the U.S. Small Business Administration as a set-aside under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act on behalf of a concern owned by an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC). Viz., ASRC Aerospace Corporation, Anchorage, Alaska.=20 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2002).
