Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F7LGC122321000 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 7692, NAICS Code 811310, small business size standard of 6.0 Million. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Services, Nonpersonal: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and personnel necessary to execute the rewinding of one (1) cryo plant compressor motor. Phase 3 Motor info: Mfr: Reliance Electric Industrial Company, P/N: 39478144, Horse Power: 450, Volts: 460, RPM: 1780, Amps: 514, Hertz: 60, Weight: 2374#, Ambient temp: 46 degrees Celsius. (VI) Service shall be performed in accordance with commercial practices. (VII) Place of Performance: 36th Logistics Support Squadron, Unit 14043, Bldg. 26224, (Yigo) APO, AP, 96543-4043, (Andersen AFB). (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) N/A. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 23 September 2002, 3 p.m. local Guam time.
