- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan wishes to purchase an electrically heated standard draw batch type oven. Suggested MFR: C.I. Hayes. P/N: Model HBO-484848-12E. Brand Name or Equal applies. If item is or Equal, include MFR's name, Brand, and Model or Part Number. Provide FOB Destination pricing for the listed items from Door to Door; all the way to Kadena AB, Okinawa Japan through Tracy, California or Commercial Freight. Funds are not yet allocated for this purchase. Award will be based on the availability of funds.
