Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1382922130100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334511 with a six million dollar size standard. This solicitation is for the procurement of two (2) Brand name or equal Raytheon thermal imaging cameras, Model Palm IR 250, uncooled ferroelectric detector, with 75 mm F/1.0 lens, 64 shade gray scale black and white camera with dimensions of 9.5 inches L x 4 inches W x 4 inches H. Each camera comes with lens cover, AC/DC batter charger, operator?s manual, 1 rechargeable camcorder battery, lens cleaning kit, neck strap, and durable Pelican carrying case. The part number for this camera is 3261604 1. If substitute for Raytheon brand is provided, specifications must be submitted for approval prior to award. Vendors shall submit a lump sum proposal for this item. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations must include F.O.B. destination delivery.
