- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns. Request For Quote on the following items: Quantity of 100ea Royal Model #1030 commercial upright vacuum, 10 amp motor, double row revolving brush with stiffener, self-propelled dual edge cleaning, top fill shake out cloth bag 50 feet, 3 wire kinkless vinyl covered cord or equal commercial grade vacuum (i.e. C1800 Conquest by Hoover). Contractor must quote item listed FOB destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. Delivery should be 30 days after receipt of order or sooner. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08, NAICS is 33319. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition the clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to implement Statutes or executive orders - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; Far 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Include all shipping in price of the line item. Award will be based on meeting the requirement, evaluation of lowest price, and reasonable offer/quote.
