- THIS MODIFICATION GIVES A CLOSING DATE OF 10/1/02. Helicopter application of contractor-furnished seed on approximately 8,470 acres and 200 acres using government provided seed for fire rehabilitation on designated areas of the Chelan Ranger District. Solicitation package should be available approximately 9/17/02. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2002).
