- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract to Marconi Communications, for maintenance on its FORE system. The contract will be awarded under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (Clinger Cohen) procedures. The contractor shall provide on call maintenance support including software upgrades and enhancements to the FORE System ATM equipment in Norfolk, VA. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. The NAICS code is 811212. The subject RFQ can be downloaded from website: www.neco.navy.mil on or about 18 Sep 02. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise inelibible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
