- Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for the drilling and installation of a water well to be located in Elko County, Nevada. The project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment protection is required for all BLM construction projects exceeding $25,000.00 and must be presented after award and before the notice to proceed can be issued. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 30 days has been established with an estimated start date the week of 30 September 2002. A site tour is scheduled for 18 September 2002 at 8AM at the Elko BLM Field Office, 3900 East Idaho Street, Elko, Nevada 89801.
