- NA This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase of the Biological Mediation Systems Outback vault evaporator restrooms to be located at Turkey Creek Recreation Area, Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a sole source procurement due to the existence of existing facilities at this location. The restroom system must have the exact salient performance characteristics as the Outback model. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solici tation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source or offerors are available and more advant ageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
