- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV is soliciting offers for removal of existing auditorium seats and purchase and installation of new auditorium seats. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F26600-02-QB061 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. There will be two contract line items. The first line item will be for 108 auditorium chairs with upholstery over 3? polyurethane pad on the seat and back . The arm rest will be a resin core with plastic laminate. 108 11.5? x 11.5? semi-automatic folding tablet arms. This line item will include removal and disposal of existing chairs and delivery and installation of the new chairs at Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Colors: Injection molded plastic ? Indigo Blue; Armrest and Tablet arms - Laminate, Natural Cherry; Rectangular End Panel ? Laminate, Natural Cherry; Seat Fabric ? Sherpa, Academy Blue; Powder Coat ? Silver Tex or equivalent colors. The second line item will be for 63 auditorium chairs with upholstery over 3? polyurethane pad on the seat and back . The arm rest will be a resin core with plastic laminate. 108 11.5? x 11.5? semi-automatic folding tablet arms. This line item will include removal and disposal of existing chairs and delivery and installation of the new chairs at Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Colors: Injection Molded Plastic ?
