- Solicitation F02601-02-T-0022. This synopsis is being posted as a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside Purchase under Standard Industrial Classification code (SIC) 1799 and North American Industry Classification System Code (NIACS) 562910. Size standard is $12M. This project will be completed in two phases. Line Item 0001: Asbestos Abatement on 32 Rooms with 16 adjoining kitchens. Line Item 0002: Asbestos abatement on 24 rooms. PLEASE NOTE there are attachments to this solicitation. Contractor is to provide labor, materials, and disposal in the removal of ?Non-Regulated Asbestos Containing Flooring and Adhesive? in 56 rooms and 16 kitchens. The work is described as follows: Remove existing carpet, floor tile, and adhesive under Negative Air and containment while complying with all city, state and county regulations. Dispose of all asbestos debris at a certified (proper) landfill facility. Provide a separate air clearance test, analyzed by a third party lab. Abatement performance period is 15 calendar days for each phase. There is no Government furnished equipment in this contract. Place of delivery: Building 2350, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. FOB POINT IS DESTINATION. A mandatory Site Visit will be conducted on 19 September 2002 at 9:00 AM local time. Quotes will not be accepted by anyone that has not attended the site visit.
