- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation 30455575122402 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 2441, NAICS Code 321920, small business size standard of 500 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Bomb pallets, fully assembled with treated wood according to specifications ,QTY 100 EA. (VI) Supplied items shall be 100 fully assembled pallets made of treated wood for the transportation of bombs to the specifications of the drawing provided by the contracting officer. Please contact by email SSgt Warner to receive a copy of the specifications. (VII) Date and place of delivery: FOB Destination no later than 30 October 2002 to Andersen AFB, Guam. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price and conformance to the solicitation requirements. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Contract clauses and provisions are available in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil . (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 20 September 2002, 3 p.m. local Guam time.
