Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1390022460200 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333319 with a 500-employee size standard. Contractors shall submit a lump sum proposal for all labor and materials included in this project. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 1 each Kruncher, Model RS5-3590 or equal, by enviro-care of Canada. This unit crushes nearly all the oil from used filters and creates two recyclable products, waste oil and steel bricks. The capacity is 2, fifty five gallon drums per hour, 10 hp 220v motor, dimensions 90? x 59? x 57.5 and stands 9 feet high with hood open and weighs 3500 lbs. Unit contains a power hood lift, automatic waste pump, a magnetic separator, automated operation, computer controlled, and has multi axis compaction. Price should include freight to Charleston AFB SC. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. .
