- Description
- The USDA Forest, Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Black Mesa Ranger District, Navajo County, Arizona, requires Pre-commercial thinning and piling on an estimated 248 acres and thinning and chipping on an estimated 157 acres. From the Black Mesa R.S. take State Highway 260 east to FR 107, take FR 107 south to FR 300, then west on FR 300,then west on FR 300 to FR 161, take FR 161 to FR 139A, then go east 3 miles to the project area. Plans and specifications will be available and posted at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about Tuesday, June 18, 2002. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $249,999. No telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted; use fax no. 928/333-6362 or mail address, Attn: Anne Weiskircher for either mail or fax. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Contract time is 220 days.
