- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, and equipment required for repair Chemical Resistance Urethane (CRU) floors, various facilities at Nellis AFB NV. Work inlcudes installing CRU for various facilities that are located in different locations inluding Weapons Storage Area (WSA) of the base. The award will be for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)Contract, it will include the base year and one option year. Individual task orders (TO) will be placed for requirements. The minimum TO amount will be $15,000, total contract amount will not exceed $200,000. SUMMARY OF CHANGES Changes in Solicitation/Contract/Order Form The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: A. On page 10, Administration and Payment Section, the sample Invoice Contracting Officer signature block reads J.E Buky/J.C Stevens should be changed to read J.C. Stevens/Willie J. Randolph and the office symbol LGCC should be changed to read LGCA. B. In Section M, Past Performance (2) reads Past Performance Subcontractor to read Past Performance Subfactors. C. CLIN 001, The Line Item Detail the extended description should include the words Base Year. CLIN 002, The Line Item Detail the extended description should include the words Option Year. D. On page 39, Disclosure Of The Magnitude Of Construction Projects, the estimate amount of the project is between $15,000 and not more than $200,000 for the base year and between $15,000 and $200,00 for the option year. E. Page 010101-5 of the Specification, (Para 1.3.19 Performance Periods), The last sentence reads ? The Government shall order an amount of work equal to or exceeding $15,000 for the basic year performance period, is hereby changed to read Each delivery order will order a minimum amount of $15,00 and ill not exceed $200.000 during the option year performance period.
