- NA Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract under the auspices of FAR Part 12 to Fluke Networks Quotation, Everett, WA for the Fluke Optiview Pro wit h removable Hard Drive. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties have seven (7) days from the date of publication of this Synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact clear and convincing evidence of their q ualifications and/or capabilities. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after seven (7) days or without the requir ed information will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within th e discretion of the Government. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the address or facsimile number stated herein to the attention of Denise Wyche, Contract Specialist, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, MS 6201, Fort Be lvoir, VA 22060. Responses to this notice must be received by close of business, September 23, 2002. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be a ccepted. Requests may be faxed to (703) 767-4691. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Fluke Networks Quotation.
