- The purpose of this posting is to release two GAO protest decisions impacting this RFP. The decisions resolve protests numbered B-290751.1 (on the GAO electronic protest docket this is B-290751.001) and B-290751.2 (or B-290751.002). The decisions are available here in association with this notice, and this serves as the official notice to offerors regarding these decisions. You will have to link through to posted documents to access the decisions (the system requires me to upload the files seperate from this message.) Certain other protests have already been decided by GAO, and were not required to be sent out by the Contracting Officer to the interested party community. I have been asked about the status of evaluations in a number of phone calls and e-mails. My general response is to say we are still evaluating. I will also say that we have begun tradeoff evaluations. As before, we are on the path to make awards without discussions, so no offer revisions will be accepted. No response to this posting is required from offerors.
