- Additional information: Items 1 and 2. Key holders and Calculators are 1 color imprint required. Items 3 and 4 already stated in original announcement. Any contractor providing samples that are not one of the four items listed are required to provide pictures and specifications of the items proposed in order to ensure technical acceptability. The samples provided must include artwork and should not be blanks. This will the technical reviewer with your companies capabilities. The artwork need not be Customs required artwork, but a random sampling for review purposes. The playing cards are a 4 color process, not spot colors. The Customs Box specicifications follow in the original action. No special formating for quotes other than that they be legible and include enough information to make a technical decision. They should also include samples and if necessary, pictures and specifications of items proposed. Pursuant to clauses originally issued, the contractor is required to provide their representations and certifications which are business size, business type, any other information such as woman-owned, minority owned, veteran owned etc. The contactor is required to self certify their average annual receipts over the last three years. All items should be made in the United States and where not readily available shall not be acquired from a sanctioned/unauthorized country.
