- The minimum guarantee for this project has changed from $6,000 - $12,000 to minimum guarantee for base year is $50,000 with each option year's minimum guarantee being $25,000. The Contracting Officer for this project is Patricia Newman (912) 267-3171. 100% HUBZONE SETASIDE, FAR 52-219.03 Transport and Dispose of Hazardous, Non-Hazardous and Controlled Wastes from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Sites in the Continental U. S. Current sites are located in Brunswick (Glynco), GA, Artesia, NM, and Cheltenham, MD. The resultant contract will also provide these services to any future sites during the projected contract period. Waste streams may/may not be hazardous waste IAW RCRA. Wastes may/may not be asbestos- or PCB-contaminated wastes. Asbestos and/or PCB-contaminated wastes may/may not also be regulated as hazardous waste under RCRA. Specific wastes to be transported and disposed of may vary and will be identified in each task order under the proposed contract. Identified waste streams include: PCB-contaminated and non-PCB-contaminated, and asbestos wastes. All proposals must include a Disposal Management Plan, which shall include required information on insurance and compliance with applicable EPA, OSHA and FLETC rules and regulations. The recycling of fluorescent light tubes is also a requirement. Bid and performance bonding is required. Solicitation issue date o/a 7/15/02.
