Description: Prescription Safety Glasses. Includes frames, frame accessories and lenses in various quantities, sizes and styles. F.O.B. Branch Medical Clinic Optometrist, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Bldg 1760, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860. Contract shall be for the period 01 October 2002 - 30 September 2003 and includes the base period and two option years. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This solicitation has been posted to the following website: htttp://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil. No solicitation packages will be mailed or faxed to offerors.
