- Description
- The NAICS for this procurement is 54130. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to modify contract N00164-96-D-0012 to increase the Level of Effort (LOE) cost ceiling and to extend the period for six months through 31 March 2003 with an option to extend the contract an additional six months through 30 September 2003. This modification will allow sufficient time to award the follow-on competitive, small business set-aside procurement. The contractor is CACI Field Services Inc. The prposed LOE for the first six months is 54,000 hours with an additional 54,000 for the option period. The contract is for In-Service Engineering Agent for Major, Medium and Minor Caliber Naval Gun Systems, PHALANX Close-In-Weapon-System and will be responsible for the planning and introduction of new gun weapon systmes and technology into the Fleet. T he anticipated date for the modification is 1 October 2002. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
