- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following item on a Sole Source basis from True Time, Inc., 3750 Westwind Boulevard, Santa Rosa, CA 95403: 29 Model PC1-SG 2, Synchronized Generator for Computer Clock Synchronization. This item is required for compatibility with other items used with the existing Aegis Simulation equipment and applications. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date for receipt of proposal is 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time), 20 September 2002. Anticipated award date is 27 September 2002. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
