Description: NA The Government intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to North Carolina State University the following servies- specialized assistance and computer programming services necessary for the Deployability Engineering Team of Military Traffic Management Comman d Transportation Engineering Agency (TEA) in the completion of the Deployment Scheduling Analysis Tool (DSAT). This will be to schedule deployment scenarios based on user-selected units, deployment nodes and available transportation assets in support of T EA's deployability engineering mission.
