- NA The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center is seeking sources to perform INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINTING at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for work that consists but not li mited to the layout and make necessary preparations to surface for exterior/interior painting of buildings and fences; repair cracks/holes on plastered surfaces; repair exterior/interior concrete or masonry surfaces;replace brick/masonry and repaint;caulki nng; prime interior trim and baseboard;repair/replace gypsum wall board; varnish; remove/replace vinyl floor tiles; replace fabric wall covering, etc. This project will be awarded for Base Year with the right to exercise four (4) Option Years, (365 days ea ch). Project will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price - Requirements contract. Estimated dollar value is in the range of $500,000. and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC)is 235210 which is matched to SIC 1721. Project is ope n to Small Business Only (100% Small Business Set-Aside). To be considered small business, annual average gross revenue the last 3 fiscal years does not exceed $12 Milliion.
