- NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to issue to Candle Corporation, a sole source purchase order for the upgrade of proprietary Government-owned/perpetual software licenses, the reinstatement of maintenance for those licenses, and annual mai ntenance and support of those software licenses. The period of performance for this acquisition is 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003. This acquisition is being conducted under guidance of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and subpart 6.302.1. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency requirements. No solicitation document exists and no responses are anticipated. For additional information contact Timothy J.
