- NA This is a request for quote for Systems Furniture Inventory Management and Installation Service 1. Background: The American Forces Information Services currently has over 2 million dollars of installed GF furniture installed in thei current leased office space. They have additional components and work stations on-hand to facilitate office reconfig urations and repairs of currently installed systems. Proper management and reutilization of existing on-hand GF furniture product will save the government substantial funds each year. They are occupying leased space and are no authorized extensive storag e area to maintain this stock and current reorganization requirements dictate that they reduce thei storage areas even further. To fully utilize all their systems furniture inventory, they require a contractor to provide the following services. 2. Requirement: They require a contractor to manage their inventory to include the following services a. Inventory Control b. Repair services c. Transportation d. Installation services 3. If you plan on using a sub-contractor to fulfill the requirements, please provide the name of and qualifications of the sub-contractor.
