- Description
- This notice is to identify all prospective offerors withing the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the Exterior Painting of Various Facilities on base. All potential offerors must submit a letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email and an English speaking point of contact for this solicitation. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs on 26th July 2002. Hand carried or emails will be accepted, please no faxes. Any interested party who does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award not shall a proposal be considered responsive. The Poc for this acquisition is SrA Tory V. Hardy or SSgt Bruce Markman at 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 316-8084 or 316-8083. Letters received late shall be deemed non-responsive. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS:IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION:DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
