- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan wishes to purchase 1 each Sky-Gard 35 Aviation and Automotive Flooring System Primer: 70714/70715 clear epoxy epoxy: 70714/70716 clear or pigmented polyurathane: 70805/7952 clear or pigmented polyester allphatic polyurathane. Crack filler: 70718/70719 flexible epoxy of other flexible epoxy approved by Neogard Sealant: 70991 or others approved by Neogard Fillers: fumed silica and blended aggregates, 27,286 square feet of coverage required Provide FOB Destination pricing for the listed items from Door to Door; all the way to Kadena AB, Okinawa Japan through Tracy, California or Commercial Freight.
