- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is for: The procurement of 200 Expedition Mummy Bags (Woodland Camouflage or flat green in color with black or flat green liner, two-way zipper, drawstring hood with cord lock, water resistant, insulated for heat retention, rated for 0 degrees, and a minimum of 84 inches long), 200 Lensatic Compasses (flat green in color, hinged aluminum case, magnifying lens in sighting bracket, thumb loop, and phosphorescent markings that luminate with external light), and 200 Poncho Liners (Woodland Camouflage in color, made of nylon, and sized: 68?X82?). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09 and DCN 20020730. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This combined synopsis solicitation is unrestricted. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17),(22), and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Quotes shall be transmitted by e-mail or FAX (707) 424-2712 and are to be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM PST on 18 September 2002.
