- Non-personal service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation necessary to provide applying new static dissipating floor coating for 13,332 square feet at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. Service will be done at BLDG 1152, F. E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne WY. The contract period will consist of four (4) move-in dates, each move-in lasting no more than four (4) days. The floor Color required is white. The floor coating project will consists of scrubbing floor, removing layer of concrete to permit door swing, removing old sealing compound, priming the floor with ?PR-7? flex prime or equivalent, applying intermediate coat of Valspar ?ESD1? or equivalent and applying topcoat of Valspar ?ESD2? or equivalent. In-floor grounds will stay exposed. The building owners not the contractor will perform all movement of equipment. Faxed or telegraph offers will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F48608-02-Q0041, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates Wage Determination 94-2587, Revision No. 20, Dated 05/28/2002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The North American Industry Classification System is 23552 and the Business Size Standard is $12,000,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is Set Aside: 100% for Small Business. Anticipated award date is 1 October 2002. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition in accordance with the specifications. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Summary of Services Proposed: Request for Quotation will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Quotes shall include pricing information to include material unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items. The clause FAR 52.2 12-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items ? applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR 52.212-5 clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are (b) 11 ? 15, 24 and (c) 1 2.
