- (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation FU487722240300 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as unrestricted under standard industrial classification code 5063, NAICS Code 421610.
