- Description
- Provide daily rental rate for transportable lithotripsy equipment for one day per month for twelve months. Daily rate shall include technician to set up, operate and calibrate equipment to be used in the practice of urology to provide renal lithotripsy to VA patients at this Medical Center. VA to furnish all supplies, pharmaceuticals and disposables. Delivery and removal of equipment for each daily rental required. Contract for base year, plus two option years. Response date is 9/27/02.
