- Description
- Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC has a recurring need for hazardous waste disposal and intends to award on a best valuation basis Technical capability, Past performance and price and other price related factors, with Technical capabilities and Past Performance is weighed more than price, under FAR Part 13.106. The anticipated contract award will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quality Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ). Prospective offerors are cautioned to submit quotes on the most favorable basis, since the Government may elect to award with out conducting discussions or negotiations. The contractor shall provide disposal of hazardous waste for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, Wade Park Unit, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 and Brecksville Unit, 10000 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141, to be awarded effective October 1, 2002.
