- Description
- The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the conversion of the Herbert Engineering Corporation (HEC) INCLINE program from DOS version to Windows version. Period of Performance shall be 52 weeks. Conversion is to be done in accordance with the USCG Statement of Work. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this service to: Herbert Engineering Corporation, Alameda, California, 94501, unless additional sources are located. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their interest and ABILITY to provide the above-described membership via fax or e-mail to Ms. Sue Wiedmann, no later than September 19, 2002. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
