- Description
- On behalf of the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS), TASC Acquisition Services anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Talisma Corporation. The purpose of the contract is to purchase an upgrade to expand the capacity of existing Talisma Electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) software and to obtain associated professional services, (implementation, integration, training, & system check-up). Talisma software?s flexibility and ease of use allows BTS? National Transportation Library (NTL) to provide effective customer e-mail management, outbound electronic marketing, and Web-based customer service. The additional technical support will permit the NTL to use Talisma to its fullest potential, such as providing the ability to easily monitor the responses to incoming e-mail queries, and manage all aspects of NTL?s electronic customer service program. The Bureau of Transportation Statistics knows of no other software package that will be completely compatible with the Talisma electronic Customer Relationship Management license already installed.
